Product  Safety and Recalls

We are committed to providing you and your family quality products. If for whatever reason, a product is compromised, we will let you know and issue a recall immediately.

What is a product recall?

When Zoe Fountain is notified of a recall by our Lab or by a governmental agency, we take immediate action to initiate our rapid-response plan for handling recalled product.

What should customers do if they have a recalled product?

Customers should follow ZF’s directions that are outlined in the recall notice.
