Processing and Shipping Timeframe
At ZF, Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of order placement. Orders placed on Weekends or on holidays will be processed by close of the next business day. Orders placed after 5:00pm CT will be processed on the next business day. Please take into consideration the 24-48 hour processing time.
Delivery Time – Standard Shipping
Orders shipped throughout the U.S. can be expected within 5-8 business days. To expedite delivery, guaranteed overnight and 2-day shipping services are available. All delivery times are estimates. At ZF, we strive to meet these time frames, however, we cannot make any guarantee nor accept liability for extended shipping timeframes due to circumstances outside of the company’s control (such as weather conditions, delays due to contingencies with the carrier, etc)

United States Postal Service (USPS)
USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS.

What is the Zoe Fountain return policy?
Returning Items:
At Zoe Fountain, we care about your complete satisfaction with our products. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all items. Please contact customer service at www.zoefountain.info or 1 -866 341 9154 to request a merchandise return label. Please return package within 7 days upon receiving the merchandise return label. Please return with original packaging and receipts. All returns will be refunded to the credit card that was used to process the order. Please allow 10 working days for processing the returns, and the return amount will post to your account immediately depending on your financial institution’s processing rules.
Items that cannot be returned for a refund:
Partially used or used items cannot be returned. ◦Certain specialty items and items on clearance are final sale. These items are identified as such on their product information pages. When you receive your order, please check to make sure items are not defective. Zoe Fountain will credit or exchange unused, defective items in their original packaging if they are returned within 30 days. We strive to provide top quality customer care to you so please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. Click here to send us an email with information about your purchase, including your order number, the name of the affected products, and whether you prefer a refund, a replacement, or a store credit. A Customer Service Associate will respond to you as quickly as possible.
Special Offers & Promotions
If you choose to return part of an order, you may no longer qualify for all special offers associated with your purchase. For example, if you received a free gift with purchase you may be required to return the gift in order to receive full credit for your return.
Return Shipping and Processing
Please carefully pack the products in the original box your order arrived in. Padded envelopes may not an effective way to protect your return shipment, as items may be crushed during transit. Please pack your return shipment securely so that the items are not damaged in transit.
We will provide free return shipping for all items within the 30 day window. Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit or refund within 10 working days and send you an e-mail confirmation. Please bear in mind that it can take several days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
